Graphics: 7 out of 10
The graphics in Tetris Attack were fairly good. I particularily liked the images on the character select screen, as they were pretty much flawless. However, there also wasn't anything very spectacular about the graphics.
Music/Sound: 9 out of 10
Very good music in this game. The sound effects are also quite fabulous. Not only does each character get his or her own theme, but the voices for each character really make you leap for joy when you win, or become furious when you lose. Also, your opponents victory will most likely anger you.
Storyline: 5 out of 10
Though there is no storyline to speak of, for a puzzle game, it has some plot. The fact that this puzzle game has no storyline isn't at all a flaw. If there were a story, it would most likely just complicate things, and take away from the simply fun of a puzzle game.
Replayability: 8.5 out of 10
This game is very easy to play numerous times. The one player mode is great, though you can only play it by yourself for so long. The two player mode is a blast! You will never ever get bored of playing tetris attack with another person. I absolutely recommend that you find someone to play this game with. Tetris Attack got an 8.5 in replayability because I had to balance out the scores from one and two player.
Amount of Fun: 10 out of 10
This is one fun to play game. I doubt that there will ever be a person who has never enjoyed it (Unless they haven't played it). Anyway, this game is a must-buy for those who like puzzle games, or like having fun.
Overall: 8.5 out of 10
A fantastic game! I recommend it for all those who like puzzle games, and yoshi alike. It has very cute graphics, and though there are a lot of puzzle games out there, Tetris Attack is different than most. It is based on another game, though I wouldn't recommend the other game because it doesn't have Yoshi, Kamek, Bumpty, and the rest of the gang.
