Yoshi Topsy-Turvy is about Yoshi's efforts to escape the story book that he and Bowser have been trapped in by an angry spirit. Yoshi must fight his way through the pages of the book using the tilting abilities that he has been given. By tilting the Nintendo DS or Gameboy Advance, Yoshi can tilt his world either left or right, which allows him to achieve feats that would not other wise be possible.
